Syncing to phone using MyPhoneExplorer

I've used MyPhoneExplorer for years to sync my phone to Outlook with no issue ever. I changed the settings to sync Thunderbird Calendar and it skewed every birthday on my calendar. Changed the dates, and tried to sync unrelated records together
