Unblock all First Dial Gates, disable common gates, find progression tactics and quests that will encourage using gates

This will need to be on the back burner until Wold gets the transporter rings and network completed

It would also need to find a way to include the end gate on the main island, either in a place it cant be destroyed by the dragon or make the gate dragon proof.
