mor_isolation_b4_re Spawn Glitch

Sometimes at the start of the round, all players will spawn inside of each other, causing them to die. It only occurs at one spawn point in the map. I am not sure what causes the issues.

I think all players are spawning at the same location for an unknown reason.

This could be caused by a couple of things:

1. The server is missing the arming file for the map, in which case there is only 1 spawn point (as shown in the picture) and everyone is spawning at that one spawn point, which causes anyone who is on top of it to be killed.
2. 3 or more players have yet to join the server so that the preparation phase of the game begins. This doesn't seem to be the case in the picture provided since it says "Prepare" under the timer, however it's troubling since it doesn't say whether you are a human/swarm/brood on your HUD so who knows.
3. Some lua error at some point rendered the gamemode inoperable and thus is causing 1 and/or 2 to happen.

This issue just happened on mor_breach_cv21. No lua errors, prep or arming file issues. But console was flooded with this for some reason, maybe it's mistaking the player entities.
