Fix broken links on ExpenseFlow project dashboard page

Description:

Several links on the ExpenseFlow project dashboard page are broken and do not redirect to the intended destinations.
I have checked the existing issues and no similar issue has been reported previously.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the ExpenseFlow project dashboard page

Click on the links available on the dashboard

Observe that one or more links lead to errors or fail to load

Expected Behavior:

All dashboard links should work correctly and redirect to valid pages.

Actual Behavior:

Some links are broken or lead to invalid pages.

Suggested Fix:

Identify and update broken URLs

Remove or replace outdated or unused links

Additional Context:

Fixing broken links will improve navigation and overall usability of the dashboard.
