Log Issue with SMPP Error Window was garbage collected

We are getting this in Restcomm regularly

@jean.deruelle @charles Theoretically this error is not critical. But we need to think why we have it
We must always invoke "Window.destroy()" aftre the window is not more used
and if we invoke it then "The parent Window was garbage collected" is not usually possible
