Continuing Activity Hub Development Outside GSoC

Hey there!

I applied for GSoC this year targeting the Activity Hub project, but unfortunately the project wasn't selected. That said, I was genuinely enjoying the process and I'm interested in continuing regardless.

I already made some progress on the backend in this PR

Would it be possible to keep working on this outside the program and get some feedback from the mentors?

I'm passionate about open source and see this as a great opportunity to learn and grow.
