[ENHANCEMENT] Adding user-agent header when sending MCP Server requests #9810

@andrewshu2000

Description

@andrewshu2000

Problem (one or two sentences)

When tracking source agents as a MCP Host, it sometimes is very difficult to track which agent the user is using. By editing user-agent header as "Roo Code" instead of "node" for now will help to improve observability.

Context (who is affected and when)

For all mcp users

Desired behavior (conceptual, not technical)

Roo Code should stand a "Roo Code" user-agent header instead of "node" when sending out MCP Server requests.
