End game on enemy stalemate #27

When the enemy reaches a stalemate condition, the enemy Neural Network returns, but the main Neural Network gets "stuck" waiting for the enemy to move. This could potentially be fixed by implementing a VERY minimal board evaluator function that checks for illegal moves and whether a stalemate has been reached.
