[doc issue] Subscription service of SAP Help Portal doesn't work

Issue description

Not a documentation content issue per se, but please forward internally:

I've been subscribed to the below page URL on SAP Help Portal for a couple of months now. I never received a single email notification about updates on this page until now, although I do receive other notifications from notification-service@sap.com (e.g. for KBA updates in SAP for Me) at the same email address I'm registered here; hence, I doubt that it's problem on my receiving side. Could you please check?

As a start, could you please go to the profile icon, My subscription and check the subscriptions you have. See the image below:

Have you checked if you haven't configured any rules in your MS Outlook? I receive notificaiton emails every day as expected. Please also double check if you've set the subscription for the correct filters.

Yes - no Outlook here, but there are no relevant filter in my email client that could block/move/delete SAP notifications:

It turns out I do receive these notifications, they just didn't originate from the sender address I expected. The actual sender for these page update notifications is no-reply.sap-help-portal@hana.ondemand.com and they're all in my inbox. Sorry!
