Hi @gregorwolf,
My name is Avital and I'm the PO of the productivity tools in SAP Business Application Studio.
Currently, there is no plan to release the CF tools to the VS Code Marketplace, but we may consider releasing it in the future.
If you are using this tool permanently, I would be happy to hear your feedback.

Would be nice to see it at Marketplace. Using BAS is okay, but we have some scenarios which VSCode is better.
