FSA - Fix syntax before doc conversion

FSA Spartacus docs are about to move to the SAP Help Portal.
Before using the script to convert docs to a format readable by IXIASOFT CCMS, we need to fix the syntax in the docs that are not markdown for the conversion to succeed.
