hide scroll bar for List component?

Issue Description

Is there a way to hide the scroll bar?
I want to be able to scroll but I don't want to see the scrollbar or atleast only show the scroll when I mouse over.
Since ui5-list-scroll-container is shadow. I can't seem to overwrite the CSS

Hello @SAP/ui5-webcomponents-topic-p, take a look of this feature request and evaluate if the option for hiding the scroll bar is needed for list component.
