Nano Every has different motor relay control #30

Ok, so.. For yet one further time, I'll have to reframe this issue (not because I have completely crossed off my previous doubts, but because I realized there is an elephant in the room that clouded every other interpretation).

You'll certainly remember my broke ass relay-controlled valve.
I have really nothing meaningful to report about it running on the OG Nano, other than satisfaction.

Yet for some ungodly reason, the same exact code flashed on the Nano Every has those controls go stupid.
The one that should increase flow, literally only turns on if the current rate is 0. The moment even a drop of water ticks the flowmeter it gives up even if you set a ludicrously high target.
While the one that should act to decrease the flow does work to an extent, even though it seems to have a quite bigger deadband.

My previously suspected culprit of everything bad was the EEPROM, but even version 2.1.12 still exhibits more or less the same behaviour.
