Web pools: pool row data hook

Area: apps/web/src/features/pools/hooks/use-pool-row-data.ts

Goal: Verify pool row derived fields stay stable.

Tasks:

• Feed fixed market/pool fixtures.
• Assert derived APR, liquidity, token symbols, and unavailable fallbacks.
• Keep tests pure or wrap with QueryClient only if required.

Acceptance:

• bun run --cwd apps/web test passes.
