Describe the Bug

As per my conversation with Tiago, on my current local version of Are You Stuck?

1. The background does not remain fixed when scrolling
2. The background image zooms in and out when switching between "I'm a developer" and "I'm a business person"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
*For 1.

1. Go to Are You Stuck? (staging [link])
2. Scroll down to the first section
3. See error - background image is not fixed

*For 2.

1. Go to Are You Stuck? (staging [link])
2. Scroll down to the first section
3. Click between the "I'm a developer" and "I'm a business person" buttons

Expected Behavior

*For 1.
That the background image is in a fixed position when scrolling

*For 2.
That the background image is a fixed size when switching content
