500 Internal Server Error on system update leads to Net::HTTPServerException (400 Bad request)

encountering 500 Internal Server errors on public cloud team production infra RMT servers as shown in the following systemd journal entries for a specific customer instance:

There seems to be an error happening when announcing the system to SCC. The RMT engine throws this error when the SCC response code is != 201. Unfortunately it does not log the error response. @jesusbv maybe this is covered in the recent changes, but we could improve the logging in error case here in general for the proxy SCC requests.
