Tracker of status of current (and upcoming) PRs

Since there are quite a couple of PRs that have accumulated I figured I'd make a list of them to make it easier for you @isaacsas to keep track of their current status. This list is vaguely in order of priority.

PRs that are done and ready to be merged once reviewed.

• Base spatial PR with ODE simulations (Spatial Reaction Network Implementation #644).
• PEtab tutorial (Inverse problem doc remake and new petab tutorial #701).
• Support for Spatial SSA simulations (Spatial ssa support #663).
• Improved noise scaling implementation ([v14 ready] Improve noise scaling implementation #678).
• Tutorial for parameter fitting using SciML/Optimization + DiffEqParamEstim (Tutorial for using Optimization and DiffEqParamEstim for parameter fitting #708).
• BifurcationKit extension (Bifurcation kit extension #707).
• Structural Identifiability extension (Structural Identifiability Extension #709)
• Homotopy continuation steady state finder internal remake (Create function for expanding e.g. mm expressions, and use for e.g. HomotopyContinuation #713).
• Chemistry functionality remake (Chemistry functionality remake #718).
• Tutorial for steady state finding using NonlinearSolve (Tutorial on how to find system steady states usings NonlinearSolve.jl #720).
• New NonlinearSolve tests (Add tests for NonlinearSolve and NonlinearProblem #721).
• Non-parameter fitting optimization problem solving (Tutorial for using optimization to optimize for other stuff than parameter fitting #719).

Othe PRs

• SPR fitting tutorial (Create SPR_fitting.md #704). I have reviewed the first half, and will do the second half once there have been some required updates.

Near future upcoming PRs that have yet to be synched to Catalyst

• Support for specific matrix forms for Spatial SSAs.
• Inverse problems introduction doc page.
• Steady state stability computation function.

Once the spatial PR has been merged, presumably there will be a relatively quick follow-up one modifying various internal stuff according to our discussions.
