[Bug]: [swift] swift repl not working.

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

The softlink (current) isn't make sence for swift repl command.

Steps to Reproduce

PS D:\src_code> D:/Scoop/apps/swift/current/Toolchains/usr/bin/swift.exe repl
error: failed to stop process at REPL breakpoint

PS D:\src_code> D:/Scoop/apps/swift/5.10.1/Toolchains/usr/bin/swift.exe repl
