Please do not remove .git from the repo url when update scoop

Hi, maybe this is not a feature request or bug report. currentlly I can not update the scoop from command line.

and I got error like:

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21110 ms: Timed out

I think when run git clone or git pull command, the url should be https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop.git

caused by GFW with (E)SNI blocking.

this does not affect the repo url should be written in standard.

如果不想挂🪜，可以这样设置：

scoop config SCOOP_REPO "https://ghproxy.com/https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop"

同理，可设置仓库 URL，例如：

scoop bucket add main "https://ghproxy.com/https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Main"
