Download URI format - HELP

There is a app manifest named wub_arch3rPro.json and it doesn't work anymore, because of the changed download URI.

Now there is no direct file download as it was before;

Previous download URI was https://www.sordum.org/files/download/windows-update-blocker/Wub.zip

Now it is like this, without filename and extension: https://www.sordum.org/files/downloads.php?st-windows-update-blocker

I tried fixing manifest by adding URI fragment #wub.zip and also just by adding wub.zip at the end of the url so:

https://www.sordum.org/files/downloads.php?st-windows-update-blocker.zip

AND

https://www.sordum.org/files/downloads.php?st-windows-update-blocker#wub.zip

and none of those work. It installs just fine, but when you try to actually run it or just view its files within file explorer the files aren't there.

So how can those links be included?
