pwsh update 'Get-FileHash' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet

If I try to install the latest pwsh from a powershell terminal, I get the following error:

Get-FileHash is not found by PowerShell.
It is not exported by Microsoft.PowerShell.Utility

Must be something wrong with your system, it seems..

What does this say for you?

Then this is not the issue. FullLanguage is expected here.
No clue why your PowerShell 5.1 seems mangled then.

$env:PSModulePath is not set properly.
