Bug Report

Current Behavior

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/140e3801d8adeda639a21b14e62b93a4c7d26b7a758421f43c82be59753be49b

5 reports of being malware

Expected Behavior

shim.exe won't be reported as such cause it will stop every program from being run

workaround is to do:

scoop config shim 71
scoop reset *
