As someone who likes to read changelogs before updating, it would be convenient to have a changelog command with the same behaviour as scoop home <app>
I understand if this is too much work, especially since it would require package maintainers to add a new url to the manifests.
By default scoop could say "changelog is not set-up for this app" or simply redirect you on the home if the field is missing.
As stated before, if it's too much work I understand if you close this issue. I just gave it a try since it doesn't seem this has been requested before. 😁

While for most apps one can find a link to the changelog visiting the app's home, certain websites make them quite tedious to find.
Describe the solution you'd like
Running scoop changelog <app> brings me to the changelog for that app
