   • Review: fix: Dry-run miner creates local keypair despite no-state-change  #6855 (review)
   • Summary: identified that the PR fixes the dry-run key-persistence symptom by replacing almost the entire production Linux miner with a short simulation script. The review calls out the loss of normal mining behavior, removal of LocalMiner/hardware fingerprinting/node submission/retry/wallet sidecar functionality, and the executable-bit regression from 100755 to 100644.
   • Validation: python -m py_compile miners/linux/rustchain_linux_miner.py passes, but structural comparison against origin/main shows the production miner implementation is removed.
