Would be amazing to have this merged as 0.6.0 :) our actions timeing out using the 0.5.0. Does someone knows if github deprecated cache library v3? |

Fixes action by updating cache library to v4.
Disable pre-commit-hook due to error, this should be fixed in ScribeMD/pre-commit-action.
Tested this in
AndreKurait/[email protected]which is working.
