Background color change

I tried to look all through the settings and options but try as I might I cannot find a way to change the background color.

I find it quite difficult to distinguish dark unlit wires from the dark grey background. I've tried every wire color available and they're all hard to distinguish.

Might we get the ability to change the background color of the canvas for visibility/accessibility?
