docs: clarify daemon upgrade flow for dedicated sendspin service user (#281)
When we install the CLI as a system service, the script proposes to install it as a dedicated user. However, in the current documentation, we just provide the instructions to update the package if it was installed as a current user, but not as a dedicated user. This pull request just adds explicit instructions for this case.

The installer may create a dedicated `sendspin` service account. In that case, the package is installed in that user's `uv` environment, not in your own shell. Upgrade the package as that user instead:

Your client name, audio device selection, and other settings in `~/.config/sendspin/settings-daemon.json` are preserved during the update.
