Feat: Support scheduled new bridge

Summary

WBGL/BGL bridge is being released which is a modified version of the old bridge. Would be nice to:

1. Update SDK to work with the new interface for the new bridge

2. Fix small bugs - in - error handling
   • transaction handling paths- atomicity(either fails or suceeds on first submission)
   • fee handling
