Image/Video Notifications while unchecking "Enable the unauthenticated notification event proxy"

I tried to search around and could not find anyone asking this or showing how to get around enabling the unauthenticated notification event proxy. I have HA and Frigate running on Docker, both pointing to their own reverse proxy via a dns server hosted externally and nginx/acme so I can access both securely while outside my network.

I don't like the idea of having unauthenticated access to clips/snapshots just out there on the internet. Is there any way to make the home assistant Frigate notifications work as intended while keeping it under lock and key? Seems like this should be possible, I'm just not a YAML expert and know many of you are smarter than I am! I feel like their should be a way to build into the YAML file a certificate or login credentials. I'm using SgtBatten's Frigate Notification blueprint. Thanks!
