Managed Metadata Column Customiser App

Hello,

Apologies, I don't know if this is the right forum. But I am looking for an app, or another way, to automate the population of fields in SPO lists and libraries. I don't want to go down the PowerAutomate route, as I believe I would have to re-create the flow for every list and every library.

The scenario:
I have a Managed Metadata column on every library: Taxonomy.
I have 3 Single Line of Text columns: Domain, Function, and Activity.
Basically, I want the user to be able to navigate the Term Store via the Taxonomy column, and select a term. The I want the app/process to auto-populate the Domain, Function, and Activity columns with the parent terms.

This would allow for easier mapping of sensitivity label, retention labels, and allow searches to be completed via those values as well.

Example:
User opens details pane, and selects 'Accounts Payable' for the Taxonomy.
The Activity column is automatically populated with Accounts Payable's parent: Accounts
The Function column is automatically populated with Accounts' parent: Finance
The Domain column is automatically populated with Finance's parent: Corporate Finance

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
