[Feature] Add Release Profile Modification

What problem does this solve?

Prismarr does not have the ability create or modify Release Profiles for both Radarr and Sonarr. These are available under Settings -> General -> Profiles.

Describe the solution you'd like

Additional Prismarr setting to create and/or modify Release Profiles.

Alternatives considered

Functionality available by going to individual Sonarr/Radarr pages. It would be nice to include it in Prismarr since it is a unifying dashboard.
