Timestamp of backup file does not change Until UI is refreshed

Current Behavior

If you click on Backup, a file name is presented which contains a timestamp. This timestamp appears to be the last time the UI was refreshed and not the last time the Backup button was hit, which could be hours later. If you repeatedly hit Backup then Cancel, the proposed filename never changes.

The issue was noted a while back in Discord.

Expected Behavior

A new timestamp should be suggested every time the backup button is hit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit Backup - note the file name
2. Hit Cancel
3. Wait a while (hours, minutes etc)
4. Hit backup - the file name is the same
