No indication that backup is running or lock to prevent running it again

Current Behavior

When you fire off a backup, if you navigate away from the backup screen to another hostd screen, e.g. the Dashboard and then click on Backup again, backup box appears again. There is no indication that a backup is running and if you create a new backup, the old backup terminates and a new backup is run.

Expected Behavior

I would expect somewhere for the UI to say a backup is already running and for you to get an option to cancel the running backup rather then just the possibility of firing off another backup

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Dashboard
2. Fire off backup
3. Navigate to the Dashboard or Configuration or other screen
4. Click on the Backup button again
