[Library UI] Get rid of this animation when clicking on the search bar #9523

Describe your issue.

Remove animation from the search and close icon on the searchbox on the Library page.

Please use standard search box behavior:

On click, the search icon does not dissapear
After a user types, the "x" icon appears on the right hand side to erase the content
