Add about page/version info

Version info would be helpful. I would expect this in an About page (within the more options/3 dots menu). Perhaps contact info/license could be put there as well.

Sounds good to me. I'm working on updating the nav (with some other UI improvements) locally. Do you have an example of an app that has a page like this?

Great! Here's an example of the page. The link could go as the last item in the dot-dot-dot/more options top right menu OR the swipe menu. But since we already have the more options menu that seems like the best choice for now.
