Use the same name for missing manufacturers

Describe the bug
When inventory is enabled, items without a manufacturer in lshw use various placeholder names like Unknown vendor, Unknown, N/A, creating numerous fake manufacturers.

Expected behavior
netbox-agent should either not add a manufacturer to such items, or use the same for every item type.
