[feat]: smtp for orgs

Describe the Feature Request

SMTP either requires additional configuration for org accounts, or it is not possible (the latter seems less likely).

In either case the docs should be updated to reflect the additional steps or limitation.

What do you mean by "org smtp". Do you mean more complex verification like OAuth?

By "org smtp" I am referring to email accounts that exist withing an organization. i.e. Start9 gmail accounts don't seem to "work out of the box".

There might be an additional setting the org owner needs to do, or App Passwords just "don't work" for gmail accounts in an org - the latter seems less likely.
