Maybe @bonnici can look at this? I'm not sure of much with this trigger.

A trace or debug log would be useful here. Did you use this successfully in the past? If so, how long ago was it?

Are the non-automatic posts working? Auto-post is still working on my fork of the code but there have been a lot of small changes and refactors so I'm not sure what has changed in the meantime.

Yep it's posting with commands, just swapped it out with the one on your fork and it's working fine now.

edit - would it be possible to get an ignore option to block specific urls or a whitelist would make more sense.

Why would a whitelist even be useful? What's the point in a blog that only posts the same links?
