Refactor json folders #83
Description
There are several packages with the name json throughout. These have organically grown into different placements. They need to be standardized in their usage.
Example of current issue: stix.coo.json vs stix.json Look at what are in their two packages and compare the contents. Where stix.json has very specific converters but they are at the stix package level.
