Describe the bug
When you hit zoom level 19 in the satellite view, the map shows 'Map data not yet available'

fix: Map bug #46
6bf8630 
A temp fix the issue, just setup the max zoom level to 18, so the user wont zoom to 19.
also moved the attribution the top left of the map since apparently ESRI says that the attribution should be visible to the end user, if its not the case just remove this component '     <AttributionControl position="topleft" />'
