No email sending provider

The StoryMaker.org site no longer has a system for emailing users, because of this, users do not get a notification that they are now registered for the StoryMaker site. Of greater issue is that users cannot reset their password, so if a user forgets her password, she can only have it changed by someone with admin access to the platform.

Solution: we need a functioning email sendng provider.

Josh, any detail you can provide on this? What is the simplest path to re-enabling email sending? This is all pretty low volume, so somehow linking this into a storymakeradmin@gmail.com may work just fine.

Otherwise, I will start rooting around on the server and seeing what I can fix.
