Couldn't be installed because 'xcopy' is not recognized as a command

This is the error I get. Don't know how to fix it. Couldn't find anything online either.
Is there a way to manually install it?

Strange, xcopy is a standard windows command.
You can just copy folders 'app, CSXS, icons, locale' to
Users***\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\typertools
