Hi everyone! I'm Wing900. 👋 I'm currently working on mathematical visualization. I believe OpenMAIC is a fantastic project that points toward a powerful new way of learning in the AI era—one where we are no longer confined to traditional classroom inputs.

Quick question for the team: Have you considered integrating math animation tools like Manim into the blackboard? It’s incredibly effective for visualizing complex concepts in math and physics, and I think it would be a great fit for the vision of this project.

I've been contributing to whiteboard features and fixing browser-native TTS playback, with a few more PRs pending review.
Most of my work so far has been on UX improvements and the question bank reference feature. But when time permits, I'd love to bring more learning/cognitive science ideas to the project~

Hello everyone, I am Jingwen. I am very happy to be one of the beta users of OpenMAIC. After experiencing several complete lessons (using academic documents I uploaded myself), I have two suggestions for improvement: 1. During discussions, teacher writes on the whiteboard, but new content often overlaps with old content (it does not automatically clear), making all the writings overlap and difficult to read. It would be better if a new whiteboard could be created for new content before it appears! 2. Users speaking freely can 'conflict' with other NPCs' speech, or if an NPC has a good idea, it can be interrupted by user speech and cannot continue. It would be better if NPCs could finish expressing their ideas before allowing users to speak.
