[Bug] (Guide): Update Scripts page to dos2unix it

so yeah trash should ideally add the step to fixup line endings because it can cause the shebang line to basically become malformed with \r being wrongly viewed as part of it. now if the script itself has bad line endings because of the wiki stuff or if the user is introducing them with their editor on creation or what.. i cant say. but when I went to just replicate this user issue I had the same issue..

If anyone does require the scripts in the future, they simply run dos2unix Clean.py or dos2unix replace_for.py inside the scripts directory and it fixes the malformed shebang line
