Figure out why using DYAD and PFA at the same time breaks the A4MD workflow

Currently, when running the A4MD test workflow, I can successfully run it with only DYAD or only PFA. But, when I use both, the program hangs before any of the DYAD, PFA, or A4MD code seems to run.

I need to figure out why this is happening.

This has been delayed. We will do this after the UCX integration is merged. It is now being tracked by this issue in the DYAD repo.
