Debug and track issues with UCX integration on Lassen

Currently, when using DYAD through the benchmark on Lassen, `ucp_tag_probe_nb` gives me a valid, but incorrect message size value of 0. This causes the transfer of data to work incorrectly.

I suspect the cause is the older version of UCX on Lassen (v1.7.0).
