[Bug Report]: Shulker Boxes in Better End Cities not being converted for Lootr loot

Describe your issue.

In the "Better End Cities - Vanilla" end cities the shulker boxes at the top of the towers do not contain any loot. There are four shulker boxes at the top of the towers (blue, white, yellow & pink) and they are not being converted to lootr shulkers, nor are they being filled with any loot at all. I've tried looking through Lootr's config to see if it was a setting that could be changed, but I didn't find anything relevant.
