Relic Stats on transfering to Hephaestus armor.

I don't know if this is intended, but it seems that when you put Plate armor for Hephaestus into a smithing table with a relic, it will destroy the relic like it's giving the stats to the armor piece, but it won't actually get any of the stats from it.

As far as I am aware, this is true for any item and is an original mechanic kept from Tinkers
