No custom characters appearing

Hello, sorry if this has been issued before but I can't seem to get custom characters working in the Wheel Wizard for Retro Rewind..

(Characters skins are on)

(Birdo is supposed to be Kasane Teto)

(Mods are enabled)

I dunno if it's my own stupidity or not, and if it is I'm sorry, but I'm just desperate to get this working.

Mods actually dont work this way currently, the in-game option for game skins also have nothing to do with making your my-stuff characters show up, Custom skins settings must be turned OFF for your my-stuff characters to show up. And most characters only show up in-game and not in the character selection screen
