Could not recognize file RR.json

Whenever i click Play after completing the settings phase, i get the error "Could not recognize file selected_data_folder\RR.json on windows.

Please when reporting bugs make sure you are both on the latest version of wheel wizard, and provide logs from appdata/roaming/ct-mkwii/logs
